Cairo Tour (over night)
A representative from Omania will pick you up from your accommodation and drive you to your tour in Cairo. Upon your arrival, our knowledgeable Egyptologist guide will take you to the Giza Pyramids and the mysterious Sphinx, where you can enjoy the tour and learn about one of the world’s seven wonders. Next, you’ll visit the Valley Temple, part of the Chephren Pyramids.
After the tour, you’ll have lunch at one of Cairo’s top local restaurants.
Once you’ve enjoyed a delicious meal and your favorite drink, we’ll take you to the Papyrus Institute, where you’ll witness how ancient Egyptians crafted papyrus and used it for writing. You’ll also have the chance to buy some and write your name on it.
Finally, we’ll head to the Cairo Museum, one of the largest museums globally, featuring 120,000 exhibits, some dating back to 3,100 BC. Among nearly 250,000 real artifacts, you’ll find a special exhibit dedicated to the treasures of Tutankhamun, including gold and jewelry that remained in his tomb for nearly 3,500 years until its discovery in 1920.
