Note:
visa on arrival at Airport, several nationalities can obtain their tourist visa upon arrival. Kindly check if you may obtain this by contacting the Egyptian Embassy or Consulate that is closest to you. The visa currently costs $25 and must be paid for in cash in US dollars. Even though it’s not official, you can almost always pay for a visa with cash alone in the equivalent of GBP or Euro, depending on the day’s exchange rate. The cost of the visa upon arrival is also scheduled to increase to 60$.
