Itinerary
DAY 1: Arrive in Cairo, transfer to hotel.
When you arrive,One of our representatives will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.He will assist you with getting settled in, give you a tour of the neighborhood, and go over the plans for tomorrow.
DAY 2: Cairo, Pyramids, Sphinx & Museum tour
We start our journey of Egypt with a visit to the well-known Egyptian Museum, which has an enormous collection of artifacts from the Pharaohs.Numerous additional ancient Egyptian artifacts can be found in the museum, which is home to the amazing Tutankhamun display.On this and all of your other sightseeing trips, you will be accompanied by one of our knowledgeable and passionate native Egyptologist guides.They are extremely knowledgeable about Egyptian history and the country as a whole, following on from the museum we then head to Giza on the outskirts of Cairo to visit the Sphinx and the three great pyramids of Egypt.At 500 feet high and 750 feet wide at its base the Great Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops) is an awesome man-made structure constructed of giant stone blocks with a hard limestone casing.The casing has, over the years, been stripped away to leave exposed the inner block structure.Together with the smaller pyramids of Khafre (Chephern) and Menkaure (Mycerinus), the majestic sight of these enormous structures rising out of the desert is a breathtaking spectacle.You will have the opportunity to climb down right inside the pyramids if you wish.
DAY 3: Sakkara Pyramids, Memphis & Dahshur
After breakfast at the hotel, you go on a full-day tour to the largest archaeological site in Egypt, Sakkara Necropolis,where you can see the oldest Pyramid in Egypt, the Red Pyramid built by King Senfru, and the Imhotep Museum, as well as the Nobel family’s tombs.Next, you go to Dahshur to see two other unique pyramids, the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid. Finally, you travel to Memphis, the former Egyptian capital.After this historic day at the Pyramids, enjoy the largest man-made statue of King Ramses II.Lunch will be served in the middle of the day. Return to your hotel.
DAY 4: Saladin Citadel & Old Cairo, Khan ElKhalili
Following breakfast, your guide will take you to discover Cairo’s hidden gems.Begin the day with a visit to the Salah El Din Citadel and the Alabaster Mosque of Muhammad Ali Pasha.The citadel is regarded as one of Cairo’s Must-See Locations.Next, proceed to the Coptic Visit some incredible churches in Cairo that date back to the third century.After lunch, conclude your day’s sightseeing by visiting Khan El Khalili Bazaar before returning to your hotel.
DAY 5: Luxor Nile Cruise
Following breakfast, you will depart from your Cairo hotel and be driven to the airport in Cairo to board your flight to Luxor.You will be greeted upon arrival and taken to board your opulent Nile Cruise ship, where you will spend the next four nights on full board.With your private guide, you will first explore the world’s largest religious Pharaonic temple, the Karnak Temple, before continuing to the Luxor Temple.Savor the evening while on board.
DAY 6: West bank Velly of kings & Queen Hatshepsut temple
The Valley of the monarchs, the necropolis of the Pharaonic New Kingdom, which houses the well-known tombs of the ancient Egyptian monarchs, will be the first place you visit on this day.The magnificent temple of Hatshepsut, the first female ruler of Egypt, will be your next destination.The Christian era saw this temple repurposed as a monastery.For this reason, it is well-known as the Western Monastery, or El Deir Al Bahry.
The enormous Colossi of Memnon will be your final destination of the day.The only surviving remnants of the Amenhotep III temple are these two 18-meter-tall statues.Music was audible from one of the sculptures that the Greeks credited during the Roman era.
DAY 7: Explore Edfue & Kom Ombo temples with horse carriage
Following breakfast, your Nile cruise will make a stop at the Nile bank.From there, you can go in a horse-drawn carriage to see the stunning Temple of Hours.
Constructed in the 2nd Century BC, Edfu’s temple is among the most remarkable architectural achievements of the Ptolemy Dynasty and remarkably well-preserved for its age.Here, enormous hieroglyphics and brilliant friezes that mimic the patriotic ornamentation of past pharaohs cover the towering sandstone walls.Following this visit, return to your Nile cruise and continue traveling in the direction of another distinctive Nile temple.The Kom Ombo Temple of Hours and Sobek You will arrive around dusk, when you can savor lunch on board and take in the breathtaking scenery of the Nile.Reach Explore the Kom Ombo Temple, which is located a short distance from the cruise ship’s mooring.Dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris, this temple serves as a reminder of the region’s significance in Ancient Egypt because of its advantageous location along the Nile.Walk along the colonnades of the temple and look up at scenes depicting pharaonic propaganda to experience the atmosphere of this wonderful history for yourself.Dinner is back on your cruise.spending the night on board.
DAY 8: Aswan, Philae Island & Abu Simbel temple
It’s time to explore the Philae Temple after breakfast.From the Pharaonic era to the Greek, Roman, and Byzantine periods, the Temples of Philae served as the ancient focus of worship for the goddess Isis.Each monarch added their own stones to these locations. As the first Nile cruises left Cairo, this holy place has enthralled tourists and is one of Nubia’s most significant landmark sites.After being spared from complete ruin by UNESCO’s rescue effort during the construction of the Aswan High Dam, the temples were moved block by block from Philae Island to Agilika Island, which is located 12 kilometers south of Aswan.Because of this, visitors can still stroll among the columns of this historic and sacred location today.Followed by the visit of high dam and unfinished obelisk.
DAY 9: Aswan, fly back to Cairo
Following breakfast, you will check out of your cruise and return by plane to Cairo, where you will be met and taken to your hotel for some downtime.
DAY 10: departure
Your journey across Egypt is coming to a conclusion, and we will help you complete all the necessary processes by escorting you to the airport based on the schedule of your departure.
