Day 01: Pyramids Tours
Your Omania guide will meet you at Cairo International Airport and accompany you throughout your day in Cairo. Your adventure begins with a visit to the stunning Pyramids of Giza and the iconic Sphinx, both recognized as one of the seven wonders of the world. Next, explore the Valley Temple associated with Chephren’s pyramid.
For lunch, enjoy a meal at one of the finest restaurants in the area, offering breathtaking views of the Pyramids and Sphinx. Following lunch, you’ll visit a Papyrus Institute, where staff will guide you through the process of how ancient Egyptians made papyrus.
After viewing the Valley Temple, we will have lunch at a restaurant with panoramic views of the pyramids. In the afternoon, embark on a guided tour of the Cairo Museum, also known as the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities. This renowned museum houses over 120,000 artifacts, some dating back to 3,100 BC.
You’ll see nearly 250,000 genuine objects, including a special exhibit dedicated to the treasures of Tutankhamun, which remained hidden in his tomb for almost 3,500 years before being discovered in 1920.
