Here, you will explore some of the beautifully decorated royal tombs carved deep into the desert mountains.
Next, proceed to the impressive Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, a magnificent mortuary temple built during the 18th Dynasty for Queen Hatshepsut, one of the most powerful female pharaohs in ancient Egyptian history.
On the way back, you will stop to see the Colossi of Memnon, the two gigantic stone statues that are the only remaining structures of the grand funerary temple of King Amenhotep III.

Afterwards, you will take a motorboat ride to Agilkia Island to visit the beautiful Temple of Philae, originally constructed during the 3rd century BC in the Greco-Roman period and dedicated to the goddess Isis, one of the most important deities in ancient Egyptian mythology.
Following this fascinating tour, you will return to your Nile Cruise ship for some time to relax and refresh. Lunch will be served on board.

Most of the impressive structures visible today date back to the New Kingdom, including the extraordinary Hypostyle Hall, famous for its massive forest of towering columns built during the reign of King Ramses II, one of the greatest builders of ancient Egypt.
Next, continue to the beautiful Luxor Temple, another remarkable monument originally constructed during the 14th century BC. The temple was expanded and enhanced by several rulers, including Amenhotep III, Ramses II, and Queen Hatshepsut, making it a fascinating blend of architectural styles from different periods of ancient Egyptian history.
After completing the tour, you will be transferred back to your Nile Cruise ship to rest and refresh.
