Upon arrival, you’ll be joined by our knowledgeable Egyptologist guide, who will lead you to the Giza Pyramids and the iconic Sphinx, where you can enjoy the tour and learn about one of the world’s seven wonders. Next, you’ll visit the Valley Temple, part of the Chephren Pyramids, before heading to one of Cairo’s top local restaurants for lunch. After enjoying a delicious meal and your favorite drink, we’ll take you to the Papyrus Institute, where you can see how ancient Egyptians produced papyrus and used it for writing. You’ll also have the opportunity to buy a piece and write your name on freshly made papyrus. Finally, we will take you to the Cairo Museum, one of the largest in the world, featuring 120,000 exhibits, some dating back to 3,100 BC. Among the nearly 250,000 authentic artifacts, there is a special exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamun’s treasures, gold, and jewelry, which remained in his tomb for nearly 3,500 years before being discovered in 1920.
