Our prices are determined according to different seasons, package contents, and accommodation class, i.e., budget, tourist, deluxe, or luxury. However, please note that in case of an increase in fuel, taxes, and/or tourist site fees, we will keep the right to amend all prices accordingly and without prior notice.
Reservation:
In order to secure your booking, you are kindly requested to pay ONLY 50% of the total package price at the time of booking in order to secure the space at hotels, Nile Cruise ships, domestic flights, etc. The remaining balance is requested due 30 days before the arrival date for individuals. However, for groups, the remaining balance is requested 60 days before the arrival date to reconfirm the bookings.
Entry Visa:
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the correct travel documents upon departure and that they have met all health requirements. Please check with the nearest consulate office for information concerning travel visas before you travel, and if you are required to obtain this or any other document in advance.
Cancellation Policy:

Please note that during premium travel dates, most bookings may be non-refundable due to high demand and/or limited availability at certain hotels and Nile Cruise ships. We strongly recommend considering comprehensive travel insurance to protect your arrangements in the event of delays or cancellations.
I understand that:
International and domestic airfares included in some of our tours—or added upon request—are based on non-refundable and non-changeable fares, even for business or first-class tickets, as they are offered at significantly discounted rates. Should you need to change or cancel your flight reservation after airline tickets have been issued, you will be responsible for any airline rebooking fees or cancellation penalties, which may be equal to the full original cost of the ticket(s).
Tipping:
In Egyptian society, tipping is customary and expected in daily life, especially for people working in the tourism field. It forms the biggest portion of their income. It is a kind of appreciation to tip someone or not, according to the service you receive from all the people working for you and involved in your trip, like drivers, guides, porters, tour company representatives, etc.
Upon arrival at Luxor Airport, you will be welcomed by our local representative and transferred in a private air-conditioned vehicle to your Nile Cruise ship for embarkation.
After completing the check-in formalities, the rest of the day will be at leisure to relax on board, enjoy the cruise facilities, or explore Luxor at your own pace.
In the evening, you may choose to join an optional excursion to the Sound & Light Show at the Karnak Temples, where the fascinating history of ancient Thebes comes alive through an impressive display of lights, music, and narration within the magnificent temple complex.

Enjoy an energizing breakfast at your hotel before starting your tour of Luxor’s famous West Bank.
Your first visit will be to the Valley of the Kings, one of the most fascinating archaeological sites in Egypt and the burial place of the pharaohs of the New Kingdom. Here, you will explore some of the beautifully decorated royal tombs carved deep into the desert mountains.
Next, proceed to the impressive Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, a magnificent mortuary temple built during the 18th Dynasty for Queen Hatshepsut, one of the most powerful female pharaohs in ancient Egyptian history.
On the way back, you will stop to see the Colossi of Memnon, the two gigantic stone statues that are the only remaining structures of the grand funerary temple of King Amenhotep III.
After completing the tour, you will be transferred to your Nile Cruise ship in Luxor to proceed with the embarkation and check-in formalities.

After the visit, you will return to the Nile Cruise ship and continue sailing towards Aswan, while enjoying lunch on board and the beautiful scenery of the Nile along the way.
In the evening, the cruise staff will organize a traditional Galabeya Party, offering a fun opportunity to experience Egyptian culture and entertainment on board.

Enjoy a free morning on board your Nile Cruise, giving you the chance to relax and admire the beautiful views of the Nile River in Aswan, one of the most charming cities in Upper Egypt.For those who wish to explore further, we can arrange an optional excursion to the magnificent Temples of Abu Simbel, considered one of the greatest achievements of ancient Egyptian architecture. Built by King Ramses II, the two temples were carved directly into the mountainside and remained buried under desert sands for centuries until their rediscovery in the 19th century.
The Great Temple was dedicated to the sun god Ra-Horakhty, while the smaller temple was dedicated to Queen Nefertari, the beloved wife of Ramses II, who was honored alongside the king.
In the evening, you may also attend an optional Sound & Light Show at Philae Temple, one of the most fascinating shows in Egypt. The story of the goddess Isis and the legends of ancient Egypt come alive through an impressive display of lights and narration within the beautiful temple complex.
Afterwards, return to your Nile Cruise ship to enjoy a special dinner on board.

Breakfast will be served on board before starting your tour to explore the highlights of the charming city of Aswan.
Your first visit will be to the impressive Aswan High Dam, a modern engineering marvel constructed during the reign of former President Gamal Abdel Nasser. The dam was built to regulate the flow of the Nile, store water for irrigation, and generate hydroelectric power for the country.
Afterwards, you will take a motorboat ride to Agilkia Island to visit the beautiful Temple of Philae, originally constructed during the 3rd century BC in the Greco-Roman period and dedicated to the goddess Isis, one of the most important deities in ancient Egyptian mythology.
Following this fascinating tour, you will return to your Nile Cruise ship for some time to relax and refresh. Lunch will be served on board.
In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional felucca sailing trip on the Nile, gliding around some of the most picturesque islands of Aswan, including views of the Aga Khan Mausoleum and the Kitchener Island (Botanical Garden).
Later, return to the cruise ship where you will enjoy an evening of entertainment with a Disco and Music Show on board.

After completing your fascinating visit, you will return to the Nile Cruise ship and continue sailing towards Luxor, while enjoying a delicious lunch on board and admiring the scenic views of the Nile along the way.

Breakfast will be served on board before starting today’s exploration of the East Bank of Luxor, home to some of the most remarkable temples of ancient Egypt.
Your first visit will be to the magnificent Karnak Temples Complex, one of the largest religious complexes ever built. The construction of Karnak spanned more than one thousand years, with many pharaohs contributing to its expansion. Most of the impressive structures visible today date back to the New Kingdom, including the extraordinary Hypostyle Hall, famous for its massive forest of towering columns built during the reign of King Ramses II, one of the greatest builders of ancient Egypt.
Next, continue to the beautiful Luxor Temple, another remarkable monument originally constructed during the 14th century BC. The temple was expanded and enhanced by several rulers, including Amenhotep III, Ramses II, and Queen Hatshepsut, making it a fascinating blend of architectural styles from different periods of ancient Egyptian history.
After completing the tour, you will be transferred back to your Nile Cruise ship to rest and refresh. The remainder of the day will be free at leisure, allowing you to relax on board or enjoy the cruise facilities. In the evening, the cruise staff will present a traditional folkloric show for guests on board.
